Here are some sobering and heartwarming images from the summer and fall of 2022 taken in Ukraine.
In the end of July and end of September, Andre travelled to Ukraine bringing tourniquets, musical equipment, long johns, and other supplies. The first trip to the city of Lviv found the city much as it was, still open and largely functioning. The second trip which included stays in Lviv, Irpin, Bucha and Kyiv was in the early fall, and the hardship could be felt everywhere. Drone attacks became a daily occurrence and terror from the sky became a new reality.
The bravery, integrity and dignity of the Ukraine people continues to be extraordinary, and can be seen everywhere. Here are some images from those trips. These include the delivery of supplies, and some of the grateful recipients.

Re Institute, and Troutbeck 2022
Highlites from our first Art Auction at Re Institute and Troutbeck, 2022, 2 weeks after the Russian Invasion of Ukraine
In March of 2022, about 3 weeks after the declaration of war, we put together our first fundraiser for Ukraine. This included an Art Auction, a Live Auction, and sumptuous fare, all donated by the generosity of our community and beyond.
Working together with the The Wayair Foundation, Razom, The Re Institute, and Troutbeck, over 200 people came to Troutbectk to bid on art and raise money and awareness for Ukraine. Here are images from those events.
